We are seeking Supervising Licensed Clinical Psychologists to join our team in New York City.
\n- Manage, supervise, and coach a team of 15–20 licensed therapists.
- Provide clinical oversight by reviewing treatment plans, documentation, and progress notes.
- Monitor performance through client outcomes, feedback, retention data, and quality audits.
- Offer clinical and ethical consultation and serve as a trusted resource for therapist questions.
- Foster a supportive, collaborative culture aligned with Thriving Center’s values and mission.
- Act as liaison between therapists and leadership, ensuring effective communication and team cohesion.
- Maintain a small caseload of 10–15 clients, providing high-quality therapy services.
- Doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in Clinical Psychology.
- Active New York State licensure as a Psychologist.
- Minimum of 10 years of post-licensure clinical experience.
- 4 years in a supervisory or leadership capacity.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
- Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and culturally competent care.
- Must be proficient in evidence-based treatment modalities (CBT, ACT, DBT, etc)
