What You’ll Do:
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with daily activities such as meal prep, light housekeeping, and errands
- Help clients maintain independence in the comfort of their own homes
- Support personal care needs as required
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of relevant experience required
- Experience working in a nursing home and/or assisted living facility is a plus, but not required
- Willingness to travel throughout the region we serve
- Must have reliable transportation
- Flexible availability, including the ability to work every other weekend
- A dependable, team-oriented leader who is comfortable supporting both clients and caregivers
- Takes initiative, works independently, and is proactive in addressing needs and challenges
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- A genuine passion for providing quality care and supporting others
