What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Therapist Opportunity position at Thriveworks?
Thriveworks, a national private practice group founded by clinicians, is seeking licensed therapists to provide telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Maryland. Our mission focuses on client accessibility, integrity, and quality care.
We prioritize supporting our clinicians by allowing them to do what they are trained to do. With a strong emphasis on one job and being great at it, we aim to be successful by focusing on providing exceptional patient care.
To succeed as a mental health therapist with us, you must have an independent license in Maryland: LCPC or LCMFT or LCSW-C, or a Licensed Clinical Psychologist (PhD or PsyD). You should also be licensed and living in the state where you will practice.
Requirements
- A minimum of 15 sessions per week
- A partnership mentality
- Experience working with couples and/or children (we offer support)
- A willingness to grow into leadership roles/supervisors
- The ability to complete your notes within 24 hours
- Strong character traits such as integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care
- A team-oriented mindset
