This position involves providing a combination of telehealth and in-person sessions. We particularly value:Full-time availability (30 hours per week, including 25 client sessions and 5 hours for administrative tasks such as supervisory meetings).Behavioral health generalists who are open to working with couples and children, with our support.Clinicians who appreciate autonomy while also enjoying teamwork.A strong commitment to integrity, transparency, and high-quality care.Residency within 45 minutes of our office location, with the ability to work in-office during the probationary period before transitioning to a hybrid model (50% in-office, 50% remote).Flexibility in scheduling.QualificationsMust reside in Massachusetts and be pursuing licensure in the state where services are provided.A graduate of an accredited 60-credit hour program.Experience in a counseling environment addressing depression and anxiety is required.Preferred experience in independently conducting intakes and diagnoses according to the current DSM-5 under a licensed supervisor.CompensationCompensation can reach up to $73,700, depending on licensure type/level, session volume, and available bonus opportunities.What We OfferWe handle the administrative burdens so you can concentrate on providing care.
