We’re particularly interested in:Providers willing to see 25 sessions per weekBehavioral health generalists (open to seeing couples/children, with our support)Clinicians who value autonomy but also enjoy being part of a teamThose interested in clinical leadership or supervisory rolesIndividuals with strong character—integrity, openness, and a commitment to quality care are essentialQualificationsActive and unrestricted LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, or Licensed Psychologist in MassachusettsMust reside and be licensed in the state where services are providedCompensationEarn up to $124,300, based on your licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.What We ProvideWe handle the heavy lifting so you can focus on what you do best—providing care.
