We are particularly interested in candidates who:Are willing to conduct 25 or more sessions each week.Are behavioral health generalists (open to working with couples and children, with our support).Value independence while also enjoying teamwork.Have an interest in clinical leadership or supervisory positions.Exhibit strong character traits — we prioritize integrity, transparency, and a dedication to high-quality care.Qualifications:Must hold an active and unrestricted LICSW in Massachusetts.Must reside in and be licensed in the state where services are provided.Compensation: The salary can reach up to $124,100, depending on licensure type/level, session volume, and bonus opportunities.What We Offer We handle the administrative burdens so you can focus on providing care.
