Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Designer role located in Los Angeles, CA. The Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and impactful designs for both digital and print materials, including marketing assets, website interfaces, and product-related visuals. The Designer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to conceptualize, execute, and refine designs that align with the company's brand identity and mission. Additional activities include participating in brainstorming sessions and ensuring design consistency and quality across all projects.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in graphic design, typography, and layout design using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or similar software
- Experience with web design, UI/UX best practices, and responsive design principles
- Strong creative vision with the ability to conceptualize and execute unique and compelling design solutions
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and engineering
- Strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Experience in branding and working with design systems is a plus
- Knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools (e.g., After Effects) is favorable but not required
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred
