Position Summary
The Warehouse Employee is responsible for receiving, organizing, storing, and distributing healthcare-related supplies, equipment, and products. This role ensures accurate inventory management, safe handling of materials, and timely order fulfillment to support Thrive2Liv’s commitment to delivering trusted, accessible healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities
· Receiving & Inspection:
- Unload, inspect, and verify incoming shipments.
- Check delivery documents for accuracy and report discrepancies.
· Inventory Management:
- Accurately record items in inventory systems.
- Organize stock for efficient access and maintain proper storage conditions.
- Perform regular cycle counts and assist with annual inventory audits.
· Order Fulfillment:
- Pick, pack, and prepare healthcare supplies and equipment for delivery.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in processing orders.
- Label and document shipments according to company procedures.
· Warehouse Operations:
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as needed.
- Follow safety protocols and comply with regulatory requirements.
· Collaboration:
- Work closely with logistics, operations, and customer service teams.
- Communicate effectively regarding stock levels, shortages, and shipping updates.
Qualifications
· High school diploma or equivalent required.
· Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain preferred (healthcare-related a plus).
· Basic computer skills; experience with inventory management software is an advantage.
· Ability to lift, move, and handle packages (up to 50 lbs) safely.
· Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
· Strong attention to detail, reliability, and teamwork.
