What are the responsibilities and job description for the Job Coach position at Thrive?
Thrive is accepting applications for part-time Job Coaches in the Forest City/Lake Mills area. This could potentially turn into full-time employment if desired.
Job duties would include:
- Helping those with disabilities/employment barriers learn and perform job duties
- Help with barrier identification and ideas to overcome them
- Ensure employers we have partnered with have great employees
- Assist Thrive consumers in their roles so they can "Thrive" in community employment

Candidates for this position should have some experience in this or a related field. Applicants must be able to pass a background check and complete all professional development standards required by the State of Iowa to be employed in a Community Rehabilitation Provider setting within the required timelines. Reliable transportation is required.
