What are the responsibilities and job description for the Job Coach/DSP position at Thrive?
Thrive is accepting applications for part-time and full-time Job Coaches in the Iowa City area.
Job duties would include:
- Helping those with disabilities/employment barriers learn and perform job duties
- Help with barrier identification and ideas to overcome them
- Ensure employers we have partnered with have great employees
- Assist Thrive consumers in their roles so they can “Thrive” in community employment
