The Director of Clinic Services - RN is a full-time, on-site role located in Dallas, TX. This role involves providing leadership and oversight of clinic operations, ensuring quality patient care and compliance with healthcare regulations. Responsibilities include supervising clinic staff, managing patient assessments, overseeing medical services, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols. The Director will also play an essential role in promoting a supportive and compassionate environment for patients and staff while collaborating with other team members to achieve organizational goals.
- Current and valid RN license in the state of Texas
- Experience in clinical operations, patient care, and healthcare compliance
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to provide empathetic patient care and lead a diverse team
- Familiarity with women’s health issues and support services
- Ability to work in a faith-based, non-judgmental, and inclusive environment
- Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's degree in Nursing or Healthcare Management is a plus
