Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated therapist to join our team. A major focus of this position will be treating adults, and the ideal candidate will possess experience, comfort and desire to provide counseling, therapy, and support to adults dealing with various mental health issues. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients. This position offers a great opportunity to develop your clinical skills and work towards full licensure.
Duties:
- Conduct both remote and in person therapy services
- Perform patient assessments to develop personalized treatment plans
- Provide care to enhance social support and coping skills
- Engage in ongoing professional development
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counselling, Social Work, Counseling (LMSW, LMHC, MSW (limited permit with us), student interns welcome as well.
- Experience working with adults, possibly children or willing to learn
- Knowledge of mental health diagnoses
- Proficiency in conducting patient assessments and developing treatment plans
- Familiarity with outpatient therapy settings
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Bi- lingual- Both Spanish & English required

Pay: $50.00 - $55.00 per hour
