Overview
We are seeking 2-3 dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapists to join our team. We are seeking candidates for full and part-time work. The ideal candidates will provide high-quality mental health counseling services to children, adults, and groups, focusing on crisis intervention, behavior management, and overall emotional well-being. This role requires a strong understanding of mental health practices and the ability to create a supportive environment for clients.
Responsibilities
- Conduct individual and group counseling sessions to address various mental health issues.
- Provide crisis intervention services to clients in need of immediate support.
- Implement behavior management strategies tailored to individual client needs.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive treatment plans.
- Engage in home community care initiatives to support clients in their natural environments.
- Collect and analyze data related to client progress and treatment effectiveness.
- Diagnosising, Assessment, and Treatment plan
- Documenting client's progress
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field.
- Valid state licensure or certification as a Mental Health Therapist (LCMHC(A), LCSW(A), LMFT(A).
- Proven experience in mental health counseling, including crisis intervention and behavior management.
- Strong knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical record keeping practices.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience with data collection methods related to mental health outcomes is preferred.
- A compassionate approach with the ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
