Position responsibilities:
- Be available to cover weekly shifts
- MUST be willing to drive throughout our service area to cover shifts. Additional locations may be added as we continue to expand
- Deliver services as outlined in a person-centered service plan, including but not limited to ambulation and transfers, bathing assistance, dressing and grooming, and meal prep.
Specific Requirements:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- 18 years or older
- Pass a background check
- High school degree/GED
- Bilingual is a plus
- Current CPR and First Aid required
- TB /PPD test required
- Valid driver’s license, vehicle, and current insurance
- Ability to handle physical aspects of the job, including bending, stooping, lifting, pushing, pulling, and walking for periods of time
- Ability to travel within our service areas
- Ability to give and receive information orally, electronically and over the phone
- Must be able to adequately document care plans in our patient care portal
- Must have HHA/CNA or be willing to enroll in HHA course
