Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Non-Profit Program Manager to lead and oversee the development, implementation, and evaluation of community-focused programs. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive project management expertise, and a passion for social impact. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing program lifecycle activities, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The Program Manager will continuous improvement, stakeholder engagement, and effective communication is essential for success in this position.
Duties
- Identify grants to support the mission related to social determinants of health needs and resouces.
- Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of multiple programs within the organization.
- Develop comprehensive program strategies by conducting requirements gathering, process mapping, root cause analysis, and risk management assessments.
- Oversee project portfolio management activities including scope management, cost control, earned value management, and project scheduling to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Manage vendor relationships and contracts while coordinating with IT infrastructure teams to support project implementation and integration of ERP systems or content management systems.
- Prepare technical documentation including reports on data analysis skills, requirements analysis, technical writing, and project documentation for executive review.
- Ensure compliance with non-profit organizational policies by managing project risks and conducting conflict resolution as necessary.
Skills
- Strong leadership capabilities with supervising experience in team management and program development roles.
- Advanced skills in business process modeling, requirements analysis & management, process management, and scope & risk management.
- Proficiency with project management software (Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, etc)
- Excellent communication skills for presentation delivery, meeting facilitation, negotiation, and technical writing.
- Organizational skills with a focus on project scheduling (Primavera P6), time management techniques (Earned Value Management), and resource allocation strategies. Pay: $30.00 - $45.00 per hour
