This position is on a per-diem basis to start and will turn into a full-time, salaried position based on the program growth.

Summary
Thrive Therapy is looking for a dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker to join our team. The candidate must be able to work on-site and complete supervisor and clinical service hours as needed. Major Job Duties
- Assess clients and develop comprehensive psychosocial assessments and treatment plans.
- Providing individual, caregiver and group therapy sessions.
- Provide supervision to assigned Mental Health Workers (MHW).
- Initiate crisis intervention and case management measures as needed.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers, educators, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed client records.
- Coordinate with community resources and services.
- Participate in continuing education and professional development.
- All other duties as assigned
- Master’s degree in Social Work.
- Licensed to practice within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- At least five (2) years of experience providing mental health treatment.
- Strong knowledge of community resources and social services.
- A background check in accordance with state and federal regulations; State Criminal Clearance, Child Abuse Clearance and FBI Clearance.
- NPI Query and current driver’s license.
- Participation in and completion of all CBH mandatory in-services.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
- Computer proficiency and the ability to provide telehealth
