We are currently seeking passionate, compassionate, and skilled Licensed Behavior Specialists (LBS) to join our Harrisburg team. We have immediate openings for part-time hourly positions, with the opportunity to build into a full-time caseload as our client base continues to grow.
What You’ll Do

$65.00 – $90.00 per hour, based on experience.

What You’ll Do
As a Thrive Therapy LBS, you will play a central role in guiding and supporting each child’s therapeutic journey:
- Provide clinical leadership through supervising and supporting behavior technicians.
- Build strong, positive relationships with clients, caregivers, and team members.
- Develop and monitor individualized treatment plans using evidence-based ABA strategies.
- Deliver hands-on training to technicians, including weekly observations and skill development.
- Conduct caregiver training to support parent skill-building and generalization of ABA strategies at home.
- Evaluate progress through ongoing data review, assessments, and collaboration with the clinical team.
