About Thrive Therapies Group

Thrive Therapies Group is hiring Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support K-12 students in school-based settings across Washington. In this role, you will help students strengthen communication skills that support learning, participation, and success throughout the school day.

At Thrive, clinicians are supported by collaborative teams, school-based expertise, and technology designed to streamline documentation. Experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Conduct speech and language evaluations and reevaluations
• Develop measurable, student-centered IEP goals
• Provide individual and small-group speech-language therapy
• Participate in IEP and eligibility meetings
• Support student needs related to articulation, language, fluency, voice, AAC, and social communication
• Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary school teams
• Maintain accurate service documentation and progress notes

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from a CAA-accredited program
• CCC-SLP or active Clinical Fellowship with Thrive-provided supervision
• Active Washington SLP license, or documented initiation of licensure transfer
• Knowledge of IDEA, IEPs, and school-based speech-language services
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Preferred Experience

• School-based speech-language pathology experience
• Experience supporting K-12 students
• AAC experience preferred
• Bilingual Spanish skills strongly preferred
