About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled and innovative Mechanical Engineer to join our engineering team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and improving mechanical systems and equipment while ensuring efficiency, reliability, safety, and compliance with industry standards.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems, components, and equipment.
- Prepare engineering calculations, technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.
- Conduct feasibility studies, performance analysis, and design evaluations.
- Support manufacturing, installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities.
- Identify and resolve mechanical issues through troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, quality, and project management.
- Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and company requirements.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Review and improve existing equipment and processes to reduce costs and increase performance.
- Provide technical support for projects and operational activities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 2β5 years of relevant engineering experience.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical design principles, materials, manufacturing processes, and engineering calculations.
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, CATIA, Inventor, or similar.
- Familiarity with engineering standards, codes, and best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Professional Engineer (PE) or equivalent certification is an advantage.
- Experience in manufacturing, automation, oil & gas, energy, construction, or industrial sectors.
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, fluid mechanics, thermodynamics, and machine design.
- Experience with project management and engineering documentation.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and continuous improvement methodologies.
