IT Systems Administrator
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused IT Systems Administrator to provide technical support, administer cloud platforms, manage user lifecycle processes, and assist with technology projects across a diverse range of client environments.
Responsibilities
- Provide remote and onsite technical support to clients
- Perform and track user onboarding and offboarding procedures for customers
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, networking, and end-user issues
- Manage SaaS platforms including user provisioning, licensing, authentication, and access controls
- Complete workstation deployments, upgrades, and migrations
- Maintain accurate documentation of client environments, assets, and completed work
- Assist with vendor management and software license renewals
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments
- Configure and support endpoint security, MFA, email security, and cybersecurity best practices
- Perform network troubleshooting and basic infrastructure support as needed
- Support backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
- Participate in client technology projects and solution implementations
- Communicate professionally with clients regarding technical issues and recommended solutions
- Escalate complex issues when appropriate and collaborate with senior technical staff
Qualifications
- Strong IT support or systems administration experience
- Experience with Microsoft 365 administration
- Google Workspace administration is a strong plus
- Experience supporting Windows and Mac workstations
- Network configuration and troubleshooting experience
- Understanding of cybersecurity fundamentals and MFA
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills
- Ability to travel between various customer sites in Southern California
Compensation
$60,000-$80,000 annually, depending on experience.
