Work one-on-one (caregiver/companion style support, not a facility)
Mileage reimbursement for all client transport

As a Community Companion, you’ll provide personalized support to individuals living in the community:
- Transport individuals to appointments, work, and activities (mileage reimbursed)
- Attend medical appointments and provide support/advocacy
- Assist with daily living skills like budgeting and household tasks
- Spend time in the community (shopping, events, hobbies, social outings)
- Provide companionship, encouragement, and emotional support
- Complete basic documentation and reports

Requirements
