Job Description:

The Registered Nurse in the Med/Tele unit is responsible for providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population, including cardiac, neuro, ortho, oncology, renal, and urology post-surgical patients. Nurses will work within a multidisciplinary team and may be required to float to various units within Zone 5 as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care in a Med/Tele setting
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes
• Titrate Heparin drips as part of treatment plans
• Float to other units based on staffing needs

Requirements:

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications
• Minimum 2 years of MS-Tele experience
• Preferred prior neuro experience
