Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient team. The successful candidate will provide care to a diverse patient population, focusing on orthopedic and neurological conditions.

• Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week


• Typical Hours: Between 0700 and 1730

• Dress Code: Burgundy scrubs or polo shirt with dark pants

• Provide physical therapy services to patients, treating 8-10 patients per day.


• Evaluate patients with a focus on orthopedic and neurological conditions, including BPPV and vestibular disorders.


• Create and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.


• Utilize electronic medical records (EMR) for documentation and patient management.


• Collaborate with a team of rehab aides and other healthcare professionals.

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of outpatient physical therapy experience required.


• Certifications: Current BLS certification required.


• Skills: Proficiency in EMR systems.

The position involves working in a single outpatient location with a large geriatric patient population, addressing various physical therapy needs.

New hires will undergo a comprehensive department-specific orientation to familiarize themselves with the environment, processes, and electronic medical records systems.
