Facility Overview

Join our dynamic outpatient clinic consisting of 2 Physical Therapists (PT) and 2 Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA), dedicated to providing high-quality care to a diverse patient population focused on general orthopedics and balance.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist (PT), though we are open to considering candidates for the PTA role. Experience in an outpatient setting is required.

Key Experience and Skills Required

• Outpatient experience

Patient Ratios and Productivity

• Expected to manage approximately 50 patient visits per week.

Evaluation Times

• 1-hour, one-on-one evaluations with an expected caseload of about 10 evaluations per week.

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience is preferred.


• New graduates are not accepted for this position.

Schedule Details

• Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM


• Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Schedule Structure

We ideally operate on a 5x8 schedule, but a 4x10 structure may be considered for the right candidate.

Clinic Hours

Monday - Thursday: 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM.

Documentation System

We utilize the NextGen documentation system to ensure efficient record-keeping and patient management.

Staff Support

The facility is supported by 2 Patient Experience Coordinators (PECs).
