Job Description:
Occupational Therapists in the Inpatient Rehab setting will work within a dynamic team environment providing approximately 5 to 6 hours of patient treatment per shift using equipment such as H200/L300 and BURT. The role involves evaluating and performing usual inpatient rehab treatments and other ADLs within the Methodist Hospital facility.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct ADLs and evaluations
- Perform usual inpatient rehab treatments
- Collaborate with a team of 8 OTs, 8 PTs, 1 Rehab Aide, 7 Nurses, 3 PCTs, and 1 UC during the day shift
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of inpatient rehab
- Ability to flex and work as part of a team
- BLS certification
