Job Description:

The IR Technologist is responsible for assisting in interventional radiology procedures, managing imaging equipment, and ensuring patient safety and care during operations.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in performing interventional radiology procedures.
• Operate and maintain imaging equipment such as GE Innova and MedRad Injector.
• Manage patient care during procedures, including dialysis catheter insertions and IVC placements.
• Support diagnostic and therapeutic imaging needs, excluding pediatric patients.
• Collaborate with radiologists and other staff to ensure precise and efficient procedure workflow.

Requirements:

• ARRT (R) certification.
• BLS Certification.
• Fluoro Certification.
• Preferred ARRT (VI) certification.
• Experience with Cerner EMR system.
