Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive evaluations and re-evaluations
- Develop individualized, goal-oriented treatment plans
- Provide one-on-one care (no double-booking)
- Treat orthopedic, spine, and sports-related conditions
- Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and movement analysis
- Document all services accurately and in a timely manner (EMR)
- Collaborate with providers to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients on recovery, injury prevention, and long-term performance
Qualifications
- Physical Therapy (DPT) required
- Active NJ Physical Therapist License
- Strong interest in orthopedics, spine, and sports rehabilitation
- Excellent communication and patient engagement skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
Preferred Experience
- Outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine experience
- Manual therapy training or certification
- Experience or interest in cash-based/out-of-network care models
- Background in performance training or return-to-sport rehab

Pay: $43.00 - $50.48 per hour
