As our Office Manager, you’ll be at the center of everything that keeps the clinic running smoothly. You’ll work closely with our management team and BCBAs to help establish processes, support our team, coordinate schedules, communicate with families, and create a welcoming, organized environment for both our clients and employees.

- Maintain organized clinic records, documentation, and administrative systems
- Help coordinate meetings, trainings, and staff communication
- Maintain an organized, professional, and welcoming clinic environment
- Identify opportunities to improve clinic processes as the center grows
- Assist with credentialing professionals
- Step in wherever needed to support the successful operation of the center
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is friendly, confident, organized, dependable, and comfortable taking the lead. This person should enjoy working with both families and employees and be able to manage a busy environment without losing attention to detail. This person should also have a minimum of two years of management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous office management, operations, practice management, or similar leadership experience
- Credentialing experience
- Experience managing or coordinating a large team
- Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once
- Comfortable holding employees accountable while maintaining positive working relationships
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally
- Comfortable creating new processes and helping establish procedures for a growing organization
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn scheduling and practice management systems
- Experience working in healthcare, pediatrics, behavioral health, therapy, or an ABA center is preferred, but not required
The Right Person for This Role
You might be a great fit if you’re the person who naturally notices what needs to be done and makes sure it happens. You’re approachable and friendly with families, but you’re also comfortable leading a team, addressing issues, keeping people accountable, and making decisions when needed.
Since you’ll be joining us as we open our doors, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape how the center operates from the very beginning. We’re looking for someone who wants to take ownership of the clinic and grow with Ludo as we expand.
About Ludo ABA Center
Ludo ABA Center was created by the team behind Thrive Speech Therapy, a pediatric speech therapy practice with nine locations across the Houston area.
Through Thrive, our team has had the opportunity to work closely with children and families in local ABA centers throughout Houston. Our passion for serving the autism community and our experiences collaborating with these centers inspired us to take the next step and create an ABA center of our own.
Ludo ABA Center was created with the goal of providing neurodiversity-affirming, assent-based ABA therapy in an environment where children feel supported, respected, and understood.
Opening our first Ludo location is an exciting next chapter for our team and allows us to expand the services we provide and reach even more children and families in our community.
