Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Restaurant General Manager, located in Wilmington, NC. The Restaurant General Manager will lead daily operations, ensuring both operational and financial performance goals are met. Key responsibilities include overseeing budgets, managing profit and loss, ensuring customer satisfaction, recruiting and developing team members, and delivering exceptional customer service. Reporting directly to higher-level management, the Restaurant General Manager will play a pivotal role in creating an inviting dining experience, meeting brand standards, and fostering team growth.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in P&L Management and Budgeting, with an ability to meet financial goals effectively
- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service, ensuring a positive guest experience
- Experience in Hiring and team development to cultivate a workforce aligned with company values
- Demonstrated leadership and organizational abilities, with excellent decision-making skills
- Knowledge of restaurant management or hospitality operations is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related discipline is a plus
