The Opportunity:
This position is ideal for a motivated attorney with a solid background in defense litigation and trial experience who seeks to manage complex cases and work with prominent national clients. The role offers hands-on litigation experience, early responsibility, and the chance to collaborate with experienced trial attorneys on challenging, high-profile matters.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage a diverse caseload from inception through resolution
- Collaborate closely with colleagues and partners in a collegial, team-oriented setting
- Handle all phases of litigation, including investigation, discovery, motion practice, court appearances, mediations, and depositions
- Provide timely and strategic updates to clients through regular communication and reporting
- Contribute to trial preparation and litigation strategy development
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school
- Admitted to practice in Colorado and in good standing
- 3–8 years of defense litigation experience (personal injury, general liability, transportation, or catastrophic injury experience preferred)
- Exceptional analytical, writing, and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage client relationships and deliver top-quality service
- Strong organizational skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
- Familiarity with legal project management principles is a plus

Salary : $150,000 - $195,000
