Local property management company looking for a painter/cleaner/laborer to join our team.
- Full time first shift position.
- Duties include painting, cleaning, and basic labor work in and around rental properties. Light maintenance, apartment trash hauls, light landscaping, etc.
- Must present a professional demeanor at all times.

- Pay based on skill and experience.
- Must have a valid driver's license and transportation.
- Must pass a background check.
