Position Summary:
We are seeking a Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of approximately 100 units while managing portfolio-wide delinquency and collections, and supporting resident communications. This role is key to improving occupancy, reducing delinquency, and ensuring consistent operations across properties.
Responsibilities:
- Manage 2–4 properties (~100 units) including leasing and daily operations
- Own and drive delinquency and collections across the portfolio
- Monitor receivables and coordinate with third-party collections (Hunter Warfield)
- Ensure timely follow-up on past-due accounts and reduce delinquency rates
- Provide resident communication and phone coverage (2 days/week)
- Support occupancy goals by driving leasing performance
Qualifications:
- Property management or collections experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
- Experience with AppFolio or similar software is a plus
Compensation:
- $45,000/year (estimated base salary)
Salary : $43,000 - $45,000
