Thrive Physical Therapy is opening a brand-new Pelvic Health & Pregnancy Center in Lafayette, and we are looking for a Pelvic Health Physical Therapist who wants to be more than an employee—we're looking for someone who wants to help build the future of Pelvic Health in Acadiana.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about pelvic health, loves connecting with patients, and wants to play a foundational role in establishing a new clinic from the ground up.
You won't be stepping into an established system and simply filling a schedule.
You'll have the opportunity to help create the culture, patient experience, and reputation of a brand-new clinic.

Your responsibilities will include everything you went to school for (imagine that):
· Conducting thorough evaluations and developing customized treatment plans for patients
· Providing hands-on therapy interventions and exercises.
· Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as needed
· Educating patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and exercises for continued progress
· Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
· Participating in Social Media and other Marketing endeavors to promote the clinic.
Qualifications:
· Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of Louisiana
· Strong clinical skills with expertise in manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercises, and modalities
· Pelvic Health Physical Therapy Experience
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
· Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care

- Prenatal and postpartum care
- Urinary incontinence
- Pelvic pain
- Pain with intercourse
- Diastasis recti
- Pelvic organ prolapse
- Constipation
- Overactive bladder
- Tailbone and hip pain
- Low back pain related to pregnancy and pelvic health
- Post-Cesarean rehabilitation
- Post-hysterectomy care
- Pregnancy and birth preparation
