Experience and Skill Requirements
- 1-2 years client service experience required
- Veterinary Receptionist experience strongly preferred
- Enjoys creating an exceptional client experience from the first phone call
- Excellent client service and phone skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Demonstrates the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Fast learner with the desire to grow
- Able to remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to show empathy and compassion with clients and team members
- Is not afraid to face challenges and work through obstacles in the moment

Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring great client service during all interactions
- Answering high volume calls and prioritizing importance of calls
- Monitor client flow from check-in to check-out
- Records Management
- Data Entry
- Accurately relay information to clients
- Process payment transactions
- Work closely with team members and remain cooperative and respectful

Our team specializes in the diagnosis and treatment of ocular diseases in dogs and cats, offering both in-room appointments and advanced surgical interventions. With board-certified ophthalmology expertise on staff, our practice delivers the highest standard of compassionate, specialized care to each and every patient we treat.
We are open Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm

Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $21-26/ hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
