ACCESS (Advanced Critical Care, Emergency & Specialty Services) South Bay is seeking a day shift Client Care Representative to join our team!
Our Client Care Department consists of reception, specialty department coordinators, phone operators, and doctor's assistants. Each position differs slightly but all serve as a liaison between our medical team and clients - they are truly the face of ACCESS - and the care they provide our clients is as important as the exceptional patient care provided by our doctors.
Our new team member will
Compensation negotiable based on credentials and experience with a hourly pay rate starting at $19 - $22 / hour. The actual rate offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

- Effectively resolve client questions via phone and email
- Take ownership in building trust and relationships with clients
- Work closely with our medical teams to ensure a positive outcome at each visit
- Minimum 2 years experience in a customer service role preferably in a medical or veterinary setting.
- Handle a multi-line phone system.
- A deep, genuine care for helping people
- Naturally empathetic and articulate communication
- A friendly and professional demeanor
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Comfort working with computer software
