Thrive Pet Healthcare Decatur is looking for a full-time Medical Director to join our team in Decatur, Georgia.

Partnering with the practice manager and leadership team, you'll help develop strategies, implement improvements, and guide our hospital toward excellence in patient and client care while supporting staff development.

Compensation is negotiable based on credentials and experience with an annual PROSAL full-time range starting at $160,000/year. We also provide an annual Medical Director stipend, with quarterly production bonuses, paired with no negative accrual. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.

- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM / VMD) or equivalent degree required
- State Veterinary Board License and must be in good standing for the state in which they intend to be hired, prior to their start date
- Active DEA license or DEA licensure eligible
