What You'll Be Responsible For

• Cleaning, assembling, packaging, and sterilizing surgical instruments in accordance with regulatory and industry standards
• Maintaining accurate sterilization logs and ensuring all documentation is complete and compliant
• Inspecting and testing equipment to confirm proper function and safety
• Supporting the surgical team by ensuring sterile supplies and instrument sets are ready when needed
• Managing inventory, restocking, and organizing equipment to keep surgical workflows running smoothly
• Creating and maintaining required documentation related to daily tasks
  
  

What We're Looking For

• At least 2 years of sterile processing experience in a clinical or surgical environment
• Current SPD certification is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to safety and infection control
• Ability to adapt quickly when patient or provider needs shift
