This hybrid field position includes starting each day at the office before using a company vehicle to travel to commercial and residential properties.

- Inspect completed landscaping and maintenance work at customer properties
- Walk properties to ensure quality standards are met
- Take photos and document completed work
- Identify issues including:
- Dead or overgrown plants
- Bare grass areas
- Tree damage or obstructions
- Irrigation concerns such as dry or wet spots
- Edging, mulching, erosion, and cleanup needs
- Identify enhancement opportunities such as:
- Power washing
- Seasonal color
- Mulching
- Christmas lighting
- Additional landscape improvements
- Communicate findings with office staff, sales representatives, estimators, and crews
- Enter inspection notes and photos into company software
