Join our thriving team and culture of excellence as Thrive Market Director. In this exciting role you will help improve, build, implement, maintain, and drive both existing and new processes ultimately leading to greater efficiencies within our culture of loving people and serving landscapes. You will have the opportunity to lead through serving one of our local teams in the greater region of Birmingham, AL, Fort Payne, AL, Huntsville, AL, or Chattanooga, TN as well as other southeast regions we will be expanding to in the coming years. Our intentional first business focus is commercial landscape maintenance and enhancements for those properties with a secondary focus of development and spec home build landscape installs. In this role you will have a seat on our leadership team with the opportunity to impact our growth, profitability, culture, and overall success as we continue our trek toward becoming the finest group of professionals as well as to be known as the best place to work within our industry. Salary : $85,000 - $110,000
