Thrive Mental Wellness, PLLC is an outpatient psychiatric clinic located in the rural and underserved town of Poplar Grove IL, in central Boone County, IL. There are approximately 125,000 residents in Boone County, and about 10,000 residents in a 3 mile radius of our outpatient clinic. This is the ideal location to create the private practice of your dreams. You’ll conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and provide ongoing therapy, with most administrative and billing tasks handled for you.
The Position
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a part-time to full-time therapist to work with our patients and families. Our psychotherapy position includes:
-50% of the total collected fees you generate for Thrive Mental Wellness by servicing patients for individual, couples, family or group counseling sessions.
-Minimum requirement of 20 hours per week
-W-2 or 1099 options, negotiable

-Furnished office space at our recently renovated offices in Poplar Grove, IL
-Professional development stipend $500 per year at your first anniversary date

-A balanced work-life schedule with flexible hours and schedule of your choice. You decide when and how many clients you see based on your personal and professional schedules.

Requirements
-Fully licensed in the state of Illinois
-Graduate level degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Psychology (PhD), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).
-Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
-Utilize Tebra electronic charting and billing system to complete session notes in a timely manner.
-Maintains professional relationships with patients and facility partners.
-Perform professional diagnostic intake assessments to evaluate a variety of mental health and behavioral conditions.
-Develop individualized treatment plans to fit the needs of each patient using appropriate diagnostic criteria.
-Provide comprehensive, evidenced based psychotherapeutic interventions both in-person and via secure telehealth.
-Collaborate with the treatment team and outside providers.
-Refer patients to other healthcare professionals if necessary.
