The Opportunity
You’ll work side-by-side with licensed clinicians to deliver care that actually changes lives — across Outpatient, IOP, and PHP programs.
You’ll get hands-on hours, master evidence-based modalities, and learn what it takes to lead in modern mental health care.

What You’ll Do
- Lead group therapy with CBT, DBT, MBT, and trauma-informed approaches.
- Deliver 1:1 and family sessions under supervision.
- Learn the business and compliance side of clinical care.
- Join weekly team trainings that blend neuroscience, mindfulness, and impact.
- Collaborate across the care team, operations, and business development — because healing is a team sport.

Compensation
- Pre-licensed associates: 55K-65K annually Bonus depending on experience and caseload.
- Supervision, CEUs, and cross-licensure sponsorship included.
- Full benefits including but not limited to quarterly bonuses.
