THE ROLE
The Facility Maintenance Technician will support the facility maintenance and daily operation to the fulfillment center. This position will perform preventative maintenance and inspections of the facility and equipment. The Facility Maintenance Technician must be self-directed and self-motivated with desire to understand and learn all facets of the job and must be trustworthy and accountable for all actions.
SCHEDULE
This position will start out as (Monday - Friday, 7:00AM to 3:00PM) for training purposes but will convert to a 2nd shift (Wednesday - Saturday, 4:00PM to 2:30AM).

Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics (480V, PLCs, HVAC, pneumatics)
- Lead compliance inspections and root cause analysis
- Mentor Tech I/II and support onboarding
- Support capital projects and vendor coordination
- Resolves 80% of high-level breakdowns internally
- Reduces PM backlog by 25–30%
- Supports uptime target of 97%
- 4–7 years maintenance in automated DC's
- Proficiency with PLCs, VFDs, motor controllers
- Knowledge of OSHA 1910, NFPA 70E, GMP/FSMA compliance
- Leadership and mentorship experience

- Compensation Description - The starting pay range for this position is between $30.00 - $34.00 depending on experience.
- Salary may increase over time based upon: skill, level of responsibility, additional duties, seniority, quantity or quality of production or other legitimate, business-related factors.
