Duties

- Must have HIPAA & Blood Borne Pathogens Certifications
- Must have required insurance if 100/300/100.
- Ensure proper handling and securement of pharmaceuticals during transit to hospital pharmacies.
- Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for each trip
- Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients and healthcare staff
- Follow all safety protocols, traffic laws, and company policies during route driving
- Maintain cleanliness of vehicle.
- Adhere to scheduled delivery times to ensure timely service across all locations
Experience
- Prior experience as a courier, delivery driver, or warehouse worker is preferred
- Knowledge of route driving and navigation within urban or rural areas
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is desirable
- Valid driver’s license suitable for driver roles with a clean driving record
- Previous experience in medical courier services is a plus but training will be provided for qualified candidates
