We're helping an established Houston law firm hire an associate level attorney with a broad transactional background. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience reviewing, drafting, and negotiating contracts.

The person hired for this role must be able to attend/represent clients at meetings which are often at night/after business hours.
