What are the responsibilities and job description for the Corporate Paralegal position at Thrive Legal Search?
We are helping a prominent company in the insurance industry hire a corporate paralegal who will work directly with the company's General Counsel and CEO.
The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience, preferably in a law firm setting handling insurance regulatory matters.
This role will be responsible for a variety of contracts, including employment agreements, NDAs, sales referral agreements, and marketing agreements. Other responsibilities include:
- Maintaining corporate records, including resolutions and meeting minutes
- Assisting with placement of delinquent accounts for collections through collection agencies and outside counsel
- Supporting subsidiary entity management and licensing matters
Experience with insurance premium financing and bankruptcy is preferred but not required.
