We are helping a large law firm hire a corporate attorney for a unique role that focuses on improving the quality and consistency of legal work by building templates, creating playbooks, and creating internal resources that attorneys rely on. Some specific responsibilities include:
- Creating, maintaining, and improving form documents, templates, and checklists used by the corporate practice group
- Updating the group on developments in corporate law, including deals and wins handled by the corporate practice group
- Providing ideas for marketing content based on developments, deal flow, and wins for the practice group
- Keeping up with legal technology that can improve efficiencies for the corporate practice group
This role does not bill hours/time. The hours for this role are a predictable, standard work week.

Salary : $230,000 - $300,000
