This role will be instrumental in identifying, evaluating, and executing acquisition opportunities as we build the nation's leading laundromat enterprise. The ideal candidate brings a strong track record in sourcing and closing deals, with excellent relationship-building skills and a data-driven approach to market analysis.What You’ll Do:Source and evaluate laundromat acquisition opportunities across multiple marketsBuild and maintain relationships with brokers, business owners, and industry contactsDevelop and execute market entry strategies for new geographic regionsConduct initial due diligence on potential acquisitionsManage pipeline of potential deals and maintain detailed tracking systemsCollaborate with operations and executive team to evaluate acquisition targetsPresent investment opportunities to executive team and investment committeeWhat We’re Looking For:5 years of experience in business development, M&A, or similar deal-sourcing roleProven track record of sourcing and closing transactionsExperience with small to mid-market business acquisitionsExcellence in relationship building and networkingBachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field preferredWillingness to travel up to 50% of timeWhy Thrive?Fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with significant growth aheadCompetitive compensation package including opportunity for equity participationWork with a passionate team dedicated to operational excellenceThrive is passionate about our people.
