Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and personable Lead Front Desk Associate to join our team! The Lead Front Desk Associate will serve as a key point of contact for our front desk team, helping ensure that our patients receive exceptional service from the moment they walk through our doors. In this role, you will help lead and support our Front Desk Associates while assisting with the day-to-day operations of the office. Responsibilities include training and onboarding new front desk team members, managing patient accounts, scheduling appointments, answering insurance and billing questions, assisting with collections, and completing daily administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the front desk team in daily operations
- Train and onboard new Front Desk Associates
- Provide exceptional, friendly, and professional customer service to patients
- Schedule and manage patient appointments
- Assist patients with account, billing, and insurance questions
- Handle patient collections and account follow-up
- Maintain accurate patient records and account information
- Assist with daily office tasks and administrative responsibilities
- Help ensure the front desk and patient experience run smoothly and efficiently
- Communicate effectively with providers and other team members
- Lead by example and contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment

- Previous front desk, administrative, or healthcare experience
- Strong customer service skills
