This role is ideal for a dynamic leader passionate about advocacy, compliance, and quality care.Key ResponsibilitiesSet the strategic direction and oversee day-to-day operations of the agencyManage and guide a dedicated team in delivering high-quality servicesDesign and implement scalable processes and systems that streamline operations, enhance team productivity, and improve service delivery across the organization.Ensure compliance with DDA (formerly DIDD), MCOs, and billing/claims processesBuild and maintain relationships with stakeholders, Independent Support Coordinators, and community partnersLead and support staff development, training, and performanceManage agency budget, financial procedures, and reportingMaintain readiness for DDA quality enhancement surveysUphold confidentiality and regulatory standards for personnel and client recordsMonitor and enforce agency policies and licensing requirementsParticipate in ongoing professional development and trainingEnsure consistent business growth by aligning team performance with organizational goals, fostering accountability, and driving operational improvements across all service areas.Required Qualifications5 years of leadership or technical experience in intellectual/developmental disabilities services2 years of leadership in a complex human services organizationExperience with Tennessee DDA (formerly DIDD) and major MCOsFamiliarity with Family Model Services, Community Living Support, and Day ServicesStrong understanding of billing and claims processesBachelors degree in business, public administration, human services, or related field (masters degree preferred)Valid drivers license, clean driving record, and current liability insuranceAbility to pass background checks and complete DDA-mandated trainingTechnically savvy, with proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and general office systemsWillingness and ability to travel throughout West TennesseeIdeal CandidateMission-driven and people-focusedTechnically savvy and detail-orientedSkilled communicator and collaboratorProactive problem solver with a strategic mindsetCommitted to equity, inclusion, and continuous improvementReady to lead with purpose?
