Registered Nurse – ICU (Night Shift)
Location: Towson, MD 21286

Duration: 13 Weeks

Rate: $60/hr
Shift: Nights | 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
Job Summary
Under general supervision, the ICU RN provides direct, high-acuity patient care to assigned patients while maintaining clinical excellence, safety, and adherence to facility standards.
Required Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years of recent ICU experience
- Proficiency in:
- Developing and implementing nursing plans of care
- Evaluating nursing interventions and outcomes
- Clinical decision-making
- Patient experience and service recovery
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple priorities
- Competent computer and documentation skills
Shift, Weekend & Call Requirements
- Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM
- Schedule: 36 hours guaranteed
- Weekends: To be determined by facility
- Call: To be determined by facility
Submission Requirements
- Active Maryland RN License or Compact License (must be active at submission)
- ACLS, BLS (AHA required)
- NIHSS — must be completed via NIHStrokeScale.org within 48 hours of offer
- Two supervisory references: 1 from within the last 6 months, 1 from within the last 12 months
- COVID vaccine required (no declinations allowed) — status must be listed on submission
- Locals not accepted

- ICU environment with high-acuity patient populations
- Must demonstrate strong critical-thinking skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure
